Two documents (1864 and 1867) concern ownership of the Sanchez de Pacheco land grant, Rancho San Miguel. The earlier is a transfer from Francisco Soto to his brother-in-law, Lasario Galindo, of land deeded by Soto's grandmother, Juana Pacheco. The 1867 document transfers part of Rancho San Miguel from Jesus Maria Alviso and his wife Maria Ignacio Pacheco Soto de Alviso to Elias Blum. The 1863 document concerns the Savage Mining Company.
